Fattah & Zafarghandi`s visit to Barekat Cancer Hospital

Barekat Health & Pharmaceutical Group: Sayyid Parviz Fattah, head of the Executive Headquarters of Imam’s Directive, and Mohammad-Reza Zafarghandi, Minister of Health, Treatment, and Medical Education, paid a visit to the Barekat Cancer Specialist and Subspecialty Hospital.

During their visit, they toured the hospital’s various departments, engaging in in-depth discussions on addressing key challenges and exploring new avenues for expanding collaborative efforts and fostering future developments in the healthcare sector.

In line with the fulfillment of the mission of the executive headquarters of the order of the Imam (RA) regarding progress and elimination of deprivation and provision of social services available to the general public of the country, in March 1998, the foundation stone for the construction of the comprehensive cancer center was blessed.

This center is one of the most advanced cancer treatment centers in the country, which provides screening, prevention and treatment services for cancer patients across the country using expert human resources and the latest and most advanced equipment.

Also, this center has specialized departments including pharmacy, laboratory, endoscopy, imaging, inpatient department, clinic, chemotherapy, physics department, radiotherapy, brachytherapy, operating room and city simulator.
